SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed and shipped within 7–10 business days from the date your order is placed. During new product launches, sales, holidays, and high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

- Shipping timelines provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- Keep Hawaii Hawaiian is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping charges.
- Keep Hawaii Hawaiian is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier.
