Delivery dates provided by shipping carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Keep Hawaii Hawaiian is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.

Sale items, discounted items, accessories, and purchases made at in-person events are final sale.
